Welcome to the Employer section of our website. We are very committed to connecting progressive employers with our highly-skilled network of women. We have a few guiding principles that we would like you to know about before you post your job opportunity.
- Your job opportunity must have a flexible work component (i.e. reduced work week, job share, work-from-home etc)
- Your job opportunity must offer compensation that is in line with current market rates. We will not encourage our women to take less pay than they are worth.
- If you want to increase your recruiting success then you should include other attraction and retention strategies that speak to the unique experiences of women. For example, the ability to work from home or have paid leave if children are sick, on-site childcare, training and development programs etc.
